Our products and services are valued for their ability in delivering stronger protection of online user privacy and data access. As a privacy and identity solutions provider we build and market our products and services to help defend the fundamental privacy rights of online users in this digital age. Transparency and simplicity are the two core design principles reflected throughout everything we create and offer as a company.
What data or information we do and do not collect from our user or their devices, and why
User identifiable information
While certain unique information such as name, email address, phone number may be connected during user’s registration with our website, we do not collect SSN, Tax ID, Passport or Driver’s License number. Our ReadySignOn and QuickSignOn apps do not require registration or sign-in to use therefore none of the above mentioned information is collected by our mobile apps.
User payment information
We do not collect user’s payment information such as credit card, bank ACH info or online payment account or payment authorization information.
Web Browser user agent string
We do not collect user’s browser information that may be able to identify the type of platform or software used when visiting our website.
Unique Device Identifier
Our mobile apps (ReadySignOn and QuickSignOn) do not collect user’s device information that may be used to identify the type of device running our app.
Geographic and location data
We may retrieve user’s geo location data for the sole purpose of processing and fulfilling functional needs of our products and services. Such information should only be transmitted or stored in transient devices. We do not permanently store or analyze such information for the purpose of profiling individual users or customers.
Data pertaining to user behaviors
We do not collect data, metadata, cookies and in-app analytics for the purpose of tracking or profiling user behaviors.
In-App and online analytics
We do not collect in-app analytics or metadata for the purpose of profiling individual users of our apps or website. We do not create or maintain databases that store or share such data.
Media metadata and tracking pixels
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We do not share your personal data with any party.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
